GASC bookings’ delivery period is typically referred to 30-45 days after tender close date. Average prices should not therefore be read as spot benchmarks. Similarly, GASC’s Booking balance is referred to bookings (not deliveries) during the 2015-16 MY.
The dominant wheat origin in 2016-17 MY was Russian and Dreyfus/Aston were the lead suppliers to GASC in 2016.

GASC ‘s FOB average price on its March 15, 2017 tender was USD16.5 higher on year, a rise partly reflecting the relatively scarcity of 12.5% milling wheat and the weaker Rouble value in comparison with last year.
