In Ukraine and South Russia, a turn to much warmer and mostly dry weather is likely during the next 5 to 7 days or longer. This should help improve conditions for winter wheat and early planted spring grains. It could also encourage additional spring planting in south and east Ukraine and South Russia… including corn planting.
